If you can afford to pay money and spend time, you can arrange for a personal tutor or you can attend classes conducted in colleges or universities or institutes promoted by tutors. Learning Spanish or for that matter any other language is long time process demanding dedicated work on the side of the student.  You must compare various learning resources and choose one among them considering the time you afford for learning purpose.
